A few helpful hints for you on your senior photographs.
What to wear.!!
You want to bring as much variety as possible. Mostly the things that you like best, but also something you would just like to try out that is different. Some casual and some dressy outfits.
Girls****
Bring what you feel best in. Dresses,(even formals if you want). Sweaters and lace for a more traditional look. Bright colors, patterns, skirts, jeans, shorts swimsuits, what ever you need. If you like a certain outfit bring it because you know what you look good in. All white is great for a high key effect.
Guys!!!!
Suit or sports coat with tie is good. Medium to dark sweaters photograph well. For casual and outdoor photos, comfort is the rule--jeans,shirts,shorts,sweatshirts. Things that you know you look good in.
Shoes^^
Shoes you wear need to compliment your clothing. Changes may be needed with different clothing styles. Many prefer barefoot poses.
What else can I bring may be your question?
Anything you want to bring is fine. Your favorite whatever. Anything that you feel would show off the real you. Sports of any kind, hobby's,cars, bikes, train? wait, not really!! don't bring a train or at least not a real one. No idea is too crazy and you have nothing to lose--- so go far it.
Can I bring someone with me?
Absolutely! Some people feel more comfortable to bring Mom, Dad or just a Friend. Anyone to help you with, camera room jitters. Also I'll make you feel comfortable while you are here because this is your day and I need you to be at your best for your shoot.
Glasses!!!!
Something you need to do!!!!
If you wear glasses most of the time you will want to wear them on your portraits. To eliminate glare or reflections call your opticians and arrange to borrow a pair of empty frames like yours. Most optrictians will gladly do this for free.( with a notice ahead that is) This totally eliminates glare and distortions and is a way to improve your photographs. It doesn't take much effort-- and it makes your photographs look better.
What can I expect at my photo Session?
First expect to have a good time. Then relax with my-easy going manner and just have a great time. Bring your own favorite C D of your music or find a station you like on the radio. Whatever you like to hear is fine with me. Please try to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your session if possible to be able to find what styles you like. Please have you session fee with you when you come. If your unsure of something or have any questions before your session PLEASE ASK!! I want you to feel comfortable at the studio.
O K !!! kick back and give me a call if you like. I'll do my absolute best to prepare you for your setting. Who knows you might just have a great time.
Thanks again for looking me up and have a great day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
